three-way date / new design!
Ohhh hell. Here's an unexpected revelation: I came to work drunk and stoned tonight! Perhaps not drunk drunk, but wine was swilled. I only ate a scone before dinner, which may explain the way the wine went right into my face, coloring it the same blood-of-Bacchus shade.
But what fun! The date with Ms. N and Elizabeth was another amazing installment in what will hopefully become a regular series of engagements/adventures. I love hanging out with these girls - it's always nice to feel a need to keep up with the dazzling conversation/intellect of others, since I always feel like I am waiting around for people to catch up. It is nice to find oneself not only in charming company, but also finding oneself at a comfortable intellectual trot.
It is weird to be double-teamed on compliments when it's hard enough to take any compliments from one person, let alone a string of them from two beautiful women. Note I selected the word 'weird' and not 'bad.' Just something I wanted to point out. It's the sort of thing that I could get used to.
It reminded me a little of how I am always surprised when someone makes a move on me. It's hard to be confident at the get-go, when a bashful surprise prevents one from really being smooth. If I can eliminate this behavioral pattern, then I should be able to segue nicely into, for example, fucking my way through a good-sized portion of hot Brits. Just as an example.
Today proved rather menial all the same. Yesterday I handed in a huge application package for what could be a lame internship oppurtunity. If I do not end up in Seattle, my little heart will shatter. Which could, in theory, lead to me dropping out in my final semester and committing the rest of my life to the pursuit of eurotrashed hedonism. Or some such. However, that would bring about an early end to my fun new posse. The matter will solve itself if I end up in a Turkish prison, as I have anticipated.
My thoughts are flying away from me, and so I shall return to not working.
However, my new design is totally the dreamiest.
